Commercial Office Damaged

Office space damaged with the after effects of SERVPRO cleaning it out. This building had deep sediment damage including water making it unsafe for anyone inside. Water extraction units, fans and dehumidifiers were brought in to clear out this space.

In this space the fire and smoke damage went through out the entire building. In order to put the fire out, a large amount of water had to be used, and with hit not draining out, saturated the floor. 

The decision was made to replace the floor to make sure the subfloor was safe and water free. This decision also helped to speed up the process of getting this business back running quickly.
