This office space took on serious flooding after storms hit the area. Sheet rock was so saturated it had to be removed to being the put back process. Getting the space dried out and getting construction started to get them back in business.
In this case high water levels that sat for a period of time required to do a flood-cut of the walls since the sheetrock was overwhelmingly saturated and could not be dried with equipment. In addition with the metal framing the C-channel was full of water as well meaning that despite drying the floor, water would slowly seep out from that channel into the main floor area.
